Katharina Forster studied at Ruth Prowse School of Art in Cape Town, South Africa, where she lived and worked for several years. It is here where she initiated, coordinated and curated some unconventional exhibitions with other artists outside the usual white cube. She relocated back to Berlin where she works in her studio in Werder (Havel) for exhibitions and public art events. She works part time as an art educator.

2018-2019 three month artist-in-residency in South Africa

since 2015 works at Atelier Vulkanfiber Fabrik, Werder (H.)

2014 moved to Werder Havel (near Berlin)
